Approvals
A new piece with the brand goes through four states. That way nobody publishes anything that has not been looked at.
- Draft. The person making the piece prepares it and runs the pre-publication checklist.
- Reviewed. A second person checks the logo, color, text and claims.
- Approved. The brand owner gives the go-ahead. If the piece touches patient data, the right person steps in (accountant, doctor, lawyer).
- Published. The final version is archived and noted in the changelog if it affects the brand.
- Owner
- Nitente.
- Turnaround
- Reply within 3 business days (a proposal; adjusted with use).
- Urgent requests
- Asked for in writing and approved with the same standard, not a looser one.
- Exceptions
- Documented with the reason and the date.
