Trademark: ™ and ®

Heliodore is used as a brand, but it is not registered yet.

Status: Brand in use, unregistered. There is no registration certificate.
™: May be used to signal that the brand is claimed. Recommended on the first prominent mention in a piece, not on every appearance.
®: Not used. That symbol applies only once the registration is granted, and only for the registered products and services. A pending application does not authorize it.
